By using Booly Baby, including any related services, software, or content, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

 

2. Services

Booly Baby provides a recruitment assistant application that generates insights from job descriptions, including company overviews, role explanations, industry insights, Boolean strings, and templates for screening and reference checks. Services are provided in a beta phase and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Booly Baby. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

 

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you may need to provide information and create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Booly Baby only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Use the service to infringe on the rights of others.

• Submit false, misleading, or harmful information.

• Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the services.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, and intellectual property on Booly Baby are owned by the company or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Booly Baby provides services “as is” and does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of generated content. In no event shall Booly Baby, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

 

8. Beta Testing and Feedback

During the beta phase, services are provided at no cost to a limited number of users. You may be asked to provide feedback, which we may use to improve the platform. By providing feedback, you grant Booly Baby a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it.

 

9. Privacy

Your use of Booly Baby is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

 

10. Termination
